Raxen by Sorted (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs this site and online store. Our store is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Raxen by Sorted.

2. Using Our Store

To shop with us, you must be the age of majority in your area (or have permission from a guardian). All info you provide must be accurate and up to date. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. Our Products

We do our best to represent our products accurately, but colors and details may vary depending on your screen. Styles, prices, and availability can change at any time. All drops are limited – once they're gone, they’re gone.

4. Orders & Exchanges

When you place an order, it’s an offer to buy — we reserve the right to accept or reject it.
We offer 15-day exchanges only. No returns. Full details in our Exchange Policy.
All orders are for personal use — no resellers, bots, or bulk buys.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in [currency] and don’t include shipping or taxes unless stated. We may run limited-time promos — terms for those will apply. You agree to keep your payment and shipping info up to date.

6. Shipping

We ship globally, but delivery times can vary. Once we hand off your order to the carrier, we’re not responsible for delays or lost packages. Title and risk pass to you when the product ships.

7. IP & Content

All content on this site — including logos, designs, photos, and text — belongs to Raxen by Sorted or our partners. Don't use or copy any of it without permission.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

Sometimes we link to third-party sites or use external tools. We don’t control those platforms and aren’t responsible for what happens there.

We respect your privacy. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, and Shopify’s privacy terms also apply.

10. Feedback

Got ideas, suggestions, or reviews? We may use them — by submitting, you allow us to use your feedback to improve what we do.

11. Legal Stuff

We’re not liable for any indirect damages (like lost profits or data). By using our site, you agree to indemnify us from any issues that arise from breaking these terms.
